Mom,

Okay, your last four emails got caught in my spam filter, so that explains
things. I'm wondering if my email to you got caught too.

Borrowing money from you sounds like a good idea -- I'll talk to Dave
about getting the mortgage process started.

Right now, my hot water heater is leaking a bit, so I'm waiting for my
plumber to wake up so I could get him to install a new heater.
